When you create an account with MasterYTrack, you accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accuracy of information: You must provide accurate, up-to-date information during registration and promptly update any changes to your contact or billing information.

Account security: Protect your password and use multi-factor authentication where available. Notify MasterYTrack immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Non-transferable: Accounts, credentials and any benefits associated with an account are personal and may not be sold, transferred or assigned without prior written consent from MasterYTrack.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected] so we can take steps to secure your account and contribute suspicious activity.

Suspension: MasterYTrack may suspend or restrict access to accounts that appear compromised, in breach of these terms, or where required by law or safety considerations. We will inform affected users and provide next steps where feasible.

Paid services and subscriptions

Certain courses, certification tracks and premium features on MasterYTrack are paid services. The following terms govern pricing, billing and subscription management.

Pricing: Fees for paid services are published on MasterYTrack.info. Prices are expressed in CHF unless otherwise indicated and may include applicable taxes. Fees for specific courses and bundles are displayed at checkout.

Payment methods: We accept common payment methods such as major credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details are processed securely by our payment service providers and are not retained by MasterYTrack except as required for billing records.

Subscriptions: Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: Refunds are considered in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Refund eligibility depends on factors such as course access and usage. Contact support to request a review of refund eligibility.

Cancellations: Users may cancel paid services through the account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but may not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Taxes: Users are responsible for any taxes, duties or assessments imposed by government authorities in relation to purchased services, except where MasterYTrack is required to collect and remit such taxes.

Price changes: MasterYTrack may update pricing for services. Price changes will be communicated to existing subscribers in advance when feasible; existing paid periods are billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Non-payment: Failure to pay for paid services may result in suspension or termination of access until outstanding balances are settled. We may pursue collection as permitted by law.
